Saving hidden wrestlers:
Choose the "Yes" option (Circle) to the Save Game questions when completing the Burning Spirits Challenge. The wrestlers will also be saved if they were activated by a code and by saving a league or tournament game in progress.
Play as Kero-Chan:
Press L2, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Power Warrior.
60 frames per second with all hidden wrestlers and rings:
Hold Circle + Square + L1 + L2 + R1 + Up + Right + Select + Start while the Playstation is powered off. Turn on the Playstation as the buttons are held. A menu resembling the practice screen will appear. Release the buttons and choose the game options. After all options are set, press and hold in order R1 + L1 + L2 + R2 + Start. The game background will disappear if the coded was entered correctly. The frame rate of the game will be increased to 60 FPS. Additionally, all hidden wrestlers and two extra rings (Tokyo A 2 & Outside 2) will be available. Note that the increased frame rate is only available in Singles matches.
Play as Tiger Mask:
Press Square, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Kohji Kanemoto.
Play as the young Seiji Sakaguchi:
Press X, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Antonio Inoki.
Play as Hiroshi Hase:
Press R1, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Kensuke Sasaki.
Play as the young Jyushin "Thunder" Lyger:
Press Circle, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Jyushin "Thunder" Lyger.
Play as Pegasus Kid:
Press L1, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Wild Pegasus.
Play as the young Antonio Inoki:
Press Triangle, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using Tatsumi Fujinami.
Play as Tiger Hattori:
Press R2, Select at the title screen. The "Press Start" phrase will flash to confirm correct code entry. This wrestler can also be playable after winning the Burning Spirits Challenge using The Great Muta.
